This policy explains what information feyieniola.com ("this site") collects when you visit or get in touch, how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to the website itself — separate terms cover any paid consulting engagement, which are set out in a signed proposal and service agreement.
1. Information we collect
This site collects information in two ways:
- Contact form. When you submit the form on the Contact section, the name, email address, service you're interested in, and message you provide are sent via Formspree (a third-party form processing service) to Feyi Eniola's inbox.
- Booking a call. When you click "Book a Call," you're taken to a Calendly scheduling widget. Any name, email, or scheduling details you enter there are collected directly by Calendly, not by this site — see Calendly's own privacy policy for how they handle it.
This site does not otherwise collect personal information, and does not currently use any analytics or advertising tools.
2. How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form or Calendly is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry or confirm a booked call;
- Prepare for and deliver any service you go on to book (for example, an AI Automation Audit);
- Keep a record of the conversation for continuity if we work together.
Your information is never sold, and is not used for marketing you haven't asked for.
3. Third parties this site uses
This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:
- Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them by email.
- Calendly — powers the call-booking widget and handles the scheduling data you give it directly.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site; your browser makes a request to Google's font servers to do this.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy, which governs anything they collect independently of this site.
4. Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded Calendly widget and Google Fonts may set limited technical cookies or make similar requests as part of how they operate — these are controlled by Calendly and Google respectively, not by this site. You can control or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
5. Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, UK GDPR gives you the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, among other rights. To exercise any of these, email hello@feyieniola.com and it will be actioned as quickly as possible.
6. Data retention
Contact form enquiries and related correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver any service you've booked, and meet basic bookkeeping/tax obligations — typically no longer than a few years unless an ongoing client relationship requires otherwise.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and professionals, and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time as the site or the tools it uses change. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
