These terms cover your use of feyieniola.com (this "site"), run by Feyi Eniola, trading as Innovate Prime. They don't cover any paid consulting work — if you go on to book an AI Automation Audit, Implementation, or Partner engagement, that's governed by a separate signed Proposal and Service Agreement with its own terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing or using this site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't continue to use the site.

2. Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site, read its content, and use the contact form or booking link to get in touch. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems;
• Use the contact form to send spam, malicious content, or anything unlawful.

3. Booking a call & enquiring about services

Booking a call through the Calendly link, or submitting the contact form, is an enquiry — it does not itself create a contract for paid work. Any actual engagement (an AI Automation Audit, Implementation project, or Partner retainer) only begins once a separate proposal and service agreement covering scope, price, and timeline has been signed by both parties.

Prices shown on this site (for example, service package ranges) are indicative and may vary depending on the specifics of your project — the final price is always confirmed in writing before any work begins.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including its design, text, logo, and the "Feyi Eniola" and "Innovate Prime" branding — belongs to Feyi Eniola unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. This doesn't affect ownership of any automation or deliverable built for you under a separate, signed service agreement — that's addressed in that agreement's own IP clause.

5. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, including OnboardSwift, Postbuddy, CompareMarket NG, YouTube, and various social platforms. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which Feyi Eniola doesn't control and isn't responsible for.

6. Liability

This site and its content are provided "as is." While reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate and available, no guarantee is made that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date. To the extent permitted by law, Feyi Eniola / Innovate Prime is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site. This clause does not cover, limit, or replace the separate liability terms in a signed Service Agreement for actual paid work.
